Table Column Copy

Automate table copying with shortcuts, a daily schedule and webhooks

If you copy the same table every day, such as a price list, a ranking or a status page, you can reduce the work to a shortcut or remove it altogether.

Keyboard shortcuts and the context menu

If a shortcut clashes with another extension, change it at chrome://extensions/shortcuts. The extension also adds a Copy Column entry to the right-click menu, which you can turn off under Settings, General.

Schedule a daily copy

Under Settings, General, enable Scheduled Copy and choose a time in 24-hour format. At that time each day the extension copies the table on your active tab. For this to work Chrome must be running and the page you want must be open in the active tab. It is meant for dashboards and status pages you keep open.

Send copies to Google Sheets or Zapier

Under Settings, Integrations you can enable Google Sheets export or a Zapier webhook and paste in a URL. Each time you copy, the extension sends the data, the format and a timestamp to that URL as a JSON request straight from your browser. There is no server in between.

For Google Sheets, that URL is typically a small Google Apps Script web app you publish yourself that writes incoming rows into a sheet. For Zapier, create a Zap that starts with Webhooks by Zapier and paste in the catch hook address it gives you. From there Zapier can add the data to a database, send a message or trigger anything else it supports.

Treat these URLs like passwords. Anyone who has one can send data to it.

Try it yourself

Table Column Copy is free for Chrome and Edge.
